Once you have walked up the sinuous road towards the ocean, guided by the sound of the sea. Touch the sand, jump into the waves, and come back on the beach to share a picnic. Unless you decide to enjoy our wine on a boat, sailing on the Seugne river…The Making Of
The freshly picked grapes are pressed. Then, we let the must settle. The alcoholic fermentation is done at a very low temperature (18° to 20°C) to preserve the aromas. The wine is then kept 6 months, in vats, on fine lees in order to bring it structure and complexity. The bottling is done gently and under a protected atmosphere.Tasting
